For any painting or repainting job, it is compulsory to smoothen the sub surface so that the minute undulations are removed. This is done by a process called as sanding. Various grades of sand papers are used depending on the quality, roughness & the type of the surface. Sanding the surface is usually a very dusty job which not only spoils the house hold items but also harmful for the painters. We use Electrical sanding machines which come with an attached vacuum so as to extract all the dust while sanding. This speeds up the process and gives a uniform levelled surface.
